In conformity with the Rules for organised markets and managed by the Borsa Italiana Sp.A., TREVI - Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. has approved the Code of Behaviour aimed at regulating, with maximum transparency and homogeneity of information to the market, the operations carried out on listed financial tools issued by the company. Particularly, the Code is aimed at regulating, with compulsory effectiveness, all informative obligations and possible limits affecting some operations carried out on its own behalf by the so-called Internal Dealers (Italian version).
